Eligibility to the Free Wedding and Honeymoon promotion is based on meeting the conditions of ‘Free Wedding’ and ‘Free Honeymoon’ requirements listed below. Where the full conditions are met for one offer and not the other, the qualified offer will still be applicable.

‘Free Wedding’ Promotion

Upon meeting the following conditions the guests will be entitled to a Free Wedding defined as either

i) a free Beautiful Beginnings Wedding package; or ii) a $500 wedding gift that can be applied to design a customized destination wedding or a pre-designed theme.

. To be eligible the following conditions being met:

· A stay of three (3) paid nights for the Beautiful Beginnings package or six (6) paid nights for the $500 customized destination wedding gift.

· The paid night stay can be in any room category at any Beaches or Sandals Resort.

· The $500 gift excludes entertainment, floral options, photography and videography, spa services and packages as well as beauty salon services and packages, candy buffet, accommodations, mandatory marriage officer and government documentation fees, day passes, private candlelight dinner, champagne, and Manager’s wine list and other non-wedding related items and cannot be applied if redeeming the Free Beautiful Beginnings theme.

· All weddings are subject to mandatory marriage officiant and government documentation fees, which are $95 in Jamaica, $288 in Antigua, $270 in Saint Lucia, $180 in Grenada, $325 in Barbados, and $310 in the Bahamas, $400 in Turks & Caicos, and must observe the respective island's residency period.

· The $500 wedding gift must be applied pre-travel and prior to final payment.

· All fees subject to change at any time.

· Offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

‘Free Honeymoon’ Promotion is based on the following conditions being met:

Effective for new Group Code Agreements or Group Contracts generated as of May 14, 2015.

A minimum of 3 paid nights in each qualifying room is required.

Free room offers 6th room or 12th room and varies by travel date.

6th , 12th, 18th Room Free:

o September 1 – December 25, 2017

o September 1 – December 25, 2018

o September 1 – December 25, 2019

 

12th, 24th, 36th Room Free:

Offer is valid in all room categories at participating resorts except at Sandals Ochi Beach Resort where rooms must be booked in Riviera Bamboo Grove Premium category or higher.

Valid on Group Code or Group Contract. Maximum 3 rooms complimentary per group. The value of the complimentary room credit is based on the lowest rate and the shortest length of stay booked and based on double occupancy. Complimentary room credit is not calculated on a cumulative basis. Complimentary rooms may only be utilized during the program dates. Free Room offer is subject to availability, is capacity controlled and varies by resort and travel date and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior written notice.
